The President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, H.E. Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, today presided over the graduation ceremony of 150 deputy officers and 200 cadet officers of the Somali National Army (SNA).
The President emphasized the importance of domestic training programs, noting that these officers have been equipped with leadership skills, operational planning, and combat knowledge, all critical for completing the national mission of liberating the country and ensuring security.
President Hassan Sheikh commended the dedication and bravery of the Somali forces, highlighting that the successes achieved in the fight against terrorism are the result of unity and sacrifice by the National Army and the Somali people.
The ceremony was also attended by the Minister of Defense, the Chief of the Somali National Army, and other senior military officials, who all encouraged the officers to continue their patriotic duty in defending the nation.
